When ordering a motorcycle-specific bundle, you will receive:

Codable lock:
When placing an order for a bundle (MotoCase plus motorcycle-specific attachment plate), you will receive two (2) matching key barrels and four (4) keys with the same pre-coded system. These are randomized per customer for security reasons. If you order a solo MotoCase, or a solo motorcycle attachment plate, you will receive one (1) key barrel and two (2) keys.
If you order a second MotoCase at a later date, your key code will be automatically assigned to match your previous order's key code.
If you require a replacement lock, please contact customer service with your order number, the original key, and your email.

Codeable locks can be coded to match BMW Motorrad's original manufacturer keys.
Note:
You need a motorcycle-specific attachment plate to connect the MotoCase to the motorcycle. If the motorcycle attachment plate is not available, you are currently unable to attach the MotoCase to your motorcycle. Only MacGyver can help. More attachment plates will be added in the near future.
Warning:
- Do not pick up fallen motorcycles from the MotoCase, as this can damage the attachment. Instead, use the motorcycle handlebar and passenger grab handles.
- Before each and every use, ensure that the MotoCase is securely attached and the lid is closed.
- Overloading the motorcycle will affect its handling and stability.
- Understand and adhere to all restrictions, limitations, and warnings before each and every use.
